In The Drydown Decants is a completely independent entity. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the fragrance manufacturers or designer brands found on this site in any way. All fragrance names, trademarks, and copyrights are the property of their respective manufacturers and/or designers.

In The Drydown Decants guarantees that the fragrance inside our vials is the genuine, authentic scent poured from the original bottle. However, you will receive the fragrance in our custom glass vials and packaging, not the original designer bottle.

2. ALLERGY & SAFETY WARNING

Fragrances contain various natural and synthetic ingredients which may cause skin irritation or allergic reactions in some individuals. By purchasing from In The Drydown Decants, you acknowledge the following:

• It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of their own skin sensitivities and allergies.

• We highly recommend performing a small "patch test" on a discreet area of skin before full application.

• If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

• In The Drydown Decants is not liable for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or health issues resulting from the use of our products.

3. FINAL SALE & REFUND POLICY

Due to the hand-poured, custom nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

• We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds based on personal scent preference or "blind buying."

• The purpose of our samples is to allow the customer to test a fragrance at a smaller price point before committing to a full-sized bottle.

• If an item arrives damaged or leaked, you must contact us at hello.inthedrydown@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery with photo evidence for a replacement or store credit.

4. SHIPPING & HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

Fragrances contain alcohol and are classified as flammable liquids. Consequently, In The Drydown Decants ships all orders via Standard Ground Shipping to remain compliant with postal regulations. We currently ship within the United States only. Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, In The Drydown Decants is no longer responsible for lost or stolen items.

5. ACCURACY OF PRODUCT IMAGES

The images of original designer bottles shown on this website are for representational purposes only—to help the customer identify the fragrance they are purchasing. You are purchasing a hand-poured decant, not the full designer bottle shown in the reference images.

6. GOVERNING LAW

By visiting our site and purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
